A missing 7 month old in the Florida panhandle


Officials in Florida's Panhandle are looking for a 7-month-old baby who
disappeared from a Chipley home and that they are considering
endangered.The Washington County Sheriff's Office said Shannon Lea Dedrick disappeared from a home about 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

The child was reported missing by the parents and an active search is under
way in the Brown Street area of Chipley. Search and rescue teams from
Bay, Gulf, Jackson and Liberty counties are assisting in the search,
was well as the Graceville Police Department.

---HiYa WestX! I took Uncle Bud to church yesterday morning and then treated him to breakfast at Denny's. He was anxious to get out of the ALF and stretch his wings a little. He was a little winded at church and almost dozed off a couple of times (haven't we all?) At breakfast he was very alert and plowed through his Southwest Scramble at a breakneck pace. He still has some unresolved lung issues and they are trying to clear up with a regimen of 4 nebulizer treatments each day. He also has an oxygen hose which he is supposed to use when hanging around his room. He's getting used to his environment and seems a bit happier as a result.

---Same thing I was wondering?! I have a feeling that this little one didn't just wander off. Either something happened that the guardians are not admitting to or she was kidnapped under their noses
