Biggest news update: Alleged perp in the Elizabeth Olsten case has been gender identified as a FEMALE 15 year old neighbor.
Indications are that Elizabeth was at the house of the perp visiting a friend (possibly the perp herself) before she was murdered.
Evidence uncovered indicates that the act was planned in advance and hence the first degree murder charge.
The court will hold a closed hearing today to determine if the suspect will be tried as a juvenile or as an adult.
