State police in Westmoreland County are asking for the public's help to find a runaway teen.
James Mixter III, 15, hasn't been seen since Monday, when he failed to get on
the school bus at the end of the day in Derry Township.
The boy's father said his son is missing from therapeutic foster care, which is important for Mixter's health.Anyone with information on Mixter's whereabouts is asked to contact their local police.
