What's up with the (^ and ~and +) cases?

Throughout the News Department you will see some cases marked with a carat symbol (^).
These cases are being monitored and updated by our first Asst. News Director, tears 4 caylee! :bom:
You will also see some cases marked with a ( ~ ). These cases are being monitored and updated by
our second Asst. News Director, kygirl09!
Cases marked with a ( + ) are being monitored and updated by our third Asst. News Director, Mom_from_StL
If you'd like to help out and take on some of the updating chores, I can teach you and it won't take up much time in your day and you would help our blog be the most up to date of it's kind in the Blogosphere!
