Mandy, nothing new really but all the forensic evidence have to be handed over to Biaz Monday so I'm hoping we'll get some 'leaks'. At any rate I will be interested to see if they keep saying Caylees alive after they see it all for themselves.

Well I am enjoying a glass of wine with you! However, I have enjoyed several before you started . But the night is young.... so we can toast the new site and enjoy!!! Thanks for coming and checking it out... any comments or suggestions?

Cheers then! I think this is set up really well. I'm useless on computers and was a bit stumped at first in sending a blog because when I tried nothing happened. This turned out to be because it was so busy you had to push save first. Maybe that option should be defaulted at no because most of us have had to turn it off. Other than that I think it's easier. I didn't even know how to do an avatar before or post pics but it's easy on here.

We all had issues with that at first this afternoon.. Actually it was a nice feature of the site... but once the blog got rolling it became an annoyance.
Just go to your profile(Blue button, top of page) and then to preferences and then there is a place that asks you if you want to be WARNED if a new message has been posted (or wording similar). The default is yes, just change it to no, and your life on this blog will be so much easier. :P

Welcome... I hope you will explore the site and decide to stay... It is late, so very quiet here tonight... but things will heat up soon... especially once we all learn to navigate our way around this forum.

First of all, Annabeth, you are not a dummy. This was my first avatar ever and if I can do it, so can you. I know, the young ones here are laughing now but that’s Ok. LOL



1) I googled: free Halloween avatars and clicked on: http://www.liessmit.nl/html/avatar/avatars-halloween-en.htm



2) I picked the picture I wanted and followed the directions at the top of the page which are: To download and save an avatar right click on the image and select "Save Picture As...



3) I clicked on the “profile” button on this site and then clicked on “Avatar”.



4) You will see where it says: Upload Avatar from your machine



5) Next to where it says: Upload Avatar from your machine, you will see the “Browse” button.



6) I clicked on the “Browse” button and “my pictures” came up.



7) I double clicked on the Halloween pumkin which was somehow there and then I clicked on the SAVE button.



and somehow it all worked.



Give it a try. If you run into trouble, either I or someone here that is tech smart will help you. You can do it!
