Here is an image with 5 on one page, in case someone in FL wants to print out some for those who cannot. A sheet of 8 1/2x11 photo paper would work best. Name tags are a standard 3x4 - Holders can be bought at an office store.

If I cannot go search (medical problems) may I purchase a shirt??

we are all printing up our own, we will print this on iron on transfer paper and then iron on to one of our own shirts. we thought that best -
