Cindy Anthony wrote a letter to her incarcerated daughter, Casey Anthony, on April 1, 2010. In the letter, Mrs. Anthony makes comments about her belief Caylee is still alive despite her mutilated corpse being found in the woods just down the street from the Anthony home in December 2008.
