Couple, Nanny Accused of Child Sex Abuse

PALOMINAS, Ariz. - A southern Arizona couple and their nanny are accused of sexually abusing four children, ages 3, 4, 6, and 10. Three of the children are related to the Cherrys and one is related to Robison. 28-year-old Clayton Daniel Cherry, 28-year-old Elizabeth Ann Cherry, and 26-year-old Rachel Danea Robison, of Palominas, Ariz., are facing numerous charges.
On March 11, the Cochise County Sheriff's Office received a call from CPS about three children who were reportedly abused by the Cherrys and Robison. During the course of their investigation, they discovered a 4th child was also reportedly abused.
Clayton Cherry was booked into jail on 12 counts of sexual assault, 12 counts of sexual conduct with a minor, 4 counts of child molestation, 4 counts of luring a minor for sexual exploitation, and 4 counts of furnishing obscene material to a minor. His bond is set at $2 million.
Elizabeth Cherry was booked into jail on 5 counts of sexual assault, 4 counts of sexual conduct with a minor, 4 counts of child molestation, 4 counts of luring a minor for sexual exploitation, and 4 counts of furnishing obscene material to a minor. Her bond is set at $1.5 million.
Rachel Robison was booked into jail on 1 count of sexual conduct with a minor and 1 count of luring a minor for sexual exploitation. Bond is set at $1 million. The investigation is ongoing.
