RCMP are searching for a missing teenage boy last seen in Winnipeg last weekend.

Steinbach RCMP received a report of a missing Steinbach teen about 6:30 p.m. Saturday. Later that night police were told the 15-year-old had been seen at or near St. Vital Shopping Centre in Winnipeg.

Matthew Fox is described as aboriginal, approximately 5-foot-6, with a shaved head and a teardrop tattoo on his right cheek. He was last seen wearing a black sweater, grey pants and a black tuque.

Mounties believe Fox is still in the Winnipeg area, they said in a media release Thursday afternoon.

Matthew Fox: LOCATED

Matthew Fox has been located after Steinbach RCMP reported the youth missing this past March.

Steinbach RCMP had been looking for Matthew Fox, a 15-year-old youth from La Broquerie, who was reported missing on March 24, 2011.

RCMP reported that Fox had been last seen at the St. Vital Shopping Centre in Winnipeg.

On June 1, 2011, RCMP reported that Fox had been located and is safe in sound in Calgary, Alberta.
