July 25, 2011 - The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing 15 year old female, Carlene PRUDEN. She was last seen Sunday, July 17th in the area of St. Matthews Avenue and Clifton Street.
The Winnipeg Police Service considers PRUDEN to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are very concerned for her well-being.
PRUDEN is described as aboriginal, 5'2", 125 lbs, medium length black hair, brown eyes, wearing blue jeans shorts and a black and white shirt.
Anyone with information regarding PRUDEN's whereabouts is asked to contact the Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
