RASHAD SIMMONS - 16 yo - Richland County/ Columbia SC

Richland County Deputies are asking for the community to help them find a missing teen.

Deputies say that 16-year-old Rashad Simmons has been missing since
November 15. Simmons was last seen driving a black Chevrolet Cavalier
with a license plate reading HPL 946.
