The mother of a missing 13-year-old girl is asking for help in locating her daughter.Keila Yadira Guillen, 365 N. 10th St., has been missing since the night
of Aug. 17 when she went to a corner store and never returned, said her
mother, Maria Avila.Avila notified police that night and has placed fliers in the
neighborhood, but she has had no success in locating her daughter. She
said she has received reports from friends that Keila was spotted
Sunday night at 12th and Willow streets with an older teen named Randi,
who used to be a neighbor.Lebanon police Chief Daniel Wright said Keila also has been reported
seen at the Jubilee Ministries thrift store at 12th and Walnut streets
and in the 100 block of Lehman Street. Investigators are treating the
case as a runaway, he said. "At this point, we have no indication of foul play," said Wright.Avila is not so sure. She thinks her daughter may be held against her
will. She is asking anyone who has seen Keila or Randi to contact city
police at 272-6611.Avila said Keila is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs117 pounds. She has
brown eyes and waist-length, black hair, which she wears up. When Keila
left home, she was wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.

A 15-year-old city girl who had been missing since September was found
without incident in a home in the 800 block of Mifflin Street at 3:15
p.m. Thursday, police said.

Keila Guillen ran away from a group home while under the care of
Lebanon County Children and Youth, police said. Police reported her
disappearance on Nov. 21 and said they believed she was in Lebanon
County.

She was turned over to the custody of Lebanon County Children and Youth, police said.
