Raleigh police seek missing teen
James Doeffinger Jr.
Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police are seeking information on the whereabouts of
16-year-old James Doeffinger Jr., who was last seen Monday morning
leaving his house on Marshlane Way.
Doeffinger left home around 9:30 a.m. to take a walk, police said. He hasn't been seen since.
He is white, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 250 to 300 pounds. He
was last seen wearing a light-colored sweatshirt, blue jeans and black hat.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Police reported Tuesday morning that a missing Raleigh teenager has been found safe.
Sixteen-year-old James Doeffinger Jr. was last seen Monday morning when he left his home in the 3300 block of Marshlane Way to take a walk.
Police spent much of Monday evening searching for the home-schooled teen.
His parents said they were very concerned because James' cell phone was found in a Wal-Mart about three miles from his home.
Police did not give information on where the boy was located or how.
