Pendleton County has issued a Golden Alert for a missing 19-year-old female.


Carlee Garrison was last seen Sunday evening in the Morgan Berry area of Pendleton County.


Garrison
may have been spotted around 6 Monday morning at the McDonald's in
Falmouth, Kentucky. a woman matching her description was seen with
another couple in their 20s.


Garrison is 5ft
11in tall and weighs 140lbs. She has long blond hair and blue eyes.
Police say Garrison does not drive and has a mild mental disability.

Missing 19-year-old from N.Ky. found

FALMOUTH, Ky. - A missing 19-year-old woman from Northern Kentucky has been located.
The Pendleton County Sheriff's Office says Carlee Garrison was found safe, but not in the state of Kentucky.
Garrison's mother reported on her Facebook page that her daughter was located in
Jacksonville, N.C. However, authorities will not confirm where she was
found or if she was taken against her will. Garrison, who has been
diagnosed with a mental disability, was last seen near Morgan Berry
Road in Pendleton County on Sunday.
Angela Gibson, the mother of the person who took Garrison out of
state, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in a joint effort by Campbell
County police and the Pendelton County Sheriff's Office. She is charged
with custodial interference and was taken to the Campbell County Jail.

FALMOUTH, KY (FOX19) -
Police have arrested a woman in connection to a mentally disabled teenage girl who was reported missing this week.

Around 2 p.m. on Tuesday, police arrested Angela England Gibson at her home in Campbell County.

Gibson has been charged with custodial interference.

Police are saying that Angela Gibson's son,
Brendan England, is with Carlee Garrison in Jacksonville. Carlee's
mother tells FOX19 that she spoke with her daughter and England. She
says Carlee is safe, but she is scared. She also says England said he
didn't know Carlee was under the custody of her mother, so he will go
to authorities.

Garrison was last seen in the Morgan Berry area of Pendleton County on Sunday, June 17.

Authorities immediately issued a Golden Alert for Garrison.

A 'Golden Alert' in Kentucky is issued when
a person 18 years old or older goes missing and suffers from
Alzheimer's or a mental disability.

According to her Facebook page, she is a
student at Carl D. Perkins Vocational Training Center and works at
Honey Hill Farm and Petting Zoo.

Garrison is five feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has long blond hair and blue eyes.

There is still no word on whether Brendan England will face any charges.

Missing Pendleton County Teen Found Safe

A missing Pendleton County teen is safe. The mother of 19 year old
Carlee Garrison tells Local 12 that the man who was reportedly with her
daughter will surrender to police-and that he claims he did not know
about the teen's diminished mental capacity.

Garrison was last seen Sunday evening in the Morgan Berry area of
Pendleton County. Police say she was located today in Jacksonville,
North Carolina, in the company of Brendan England.

England's mother, Angela England Gibson was arrested at her home in
Campbell County around 2 p.m. on Tuesday. She is charged with custodial
interference. That is because Carlee has the mental capacity of a 12
year old and Carlee's mother has decision-making custody over the
girl.

Officers say Angela and Brendan apparently met with Garrison at the
McDonald's in Falmouth around 6 a.m. on Monday after connecting on
Facebook. Police believe Carlee left with Brendan to go to North
Carolina.

Officers have not said whether Brendan England will face any charges in connection with the case.

2nd arrest made in case of missing woman

FALMOUTH, Ky. - Another arrest has been made in the case of a missing Northern Kentucky woman who was found in North Carolina.

Brendan England was arrested Wednesday morning in Jacksonville, N.C. with the help of the Pendleton County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities say England is the boyfriend of 19-year-old Carlee Garrison.

The Northern Kentucky woman was located safe in Jacksonville, N.C. on Tuesday. Garrison, who has been diagnosed with a mental disability, had been last seen near Morgan Berry Road in Pendleton County on Sunday.

England will be extradited back to the Tri-State to face charges.

As of Wednesday morning, Garrison was still in North Carolina waiting to be picked up by family members.

Angela Gibson, the mother of England, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in a joint effort by Campbell County police and the Pendleton County Sheriff's Office. She is charged with custodial interference and has been released from the Campbell County Jail.

Authorities have not released any additional details at this time.
