JEFFREY COOPER - 14 yo / Autistic - Boston MA

The search continues for a missing Boston teen. 14-year-old Jeffrey
Cooper is autistic. Police say he has trouble communicating what he
needs.
Cooper was last seen Tuesday as he was heading to an after school
program at the Central Square Center in East Boston. His father went to
pick him up at the center, and was told Jeffrey never showed up after
school.

Police say Jeffrey enjoys riding trains and may try to visit the
South End area or the Boston Garden. He has wandered away before and
been located on the MBTA Red Line in Braintree and Quincy.


Jeffrey was last seen wearing glasses, a navy blue sweatshirt with a
Warren/Prescott patch, a black winter coat, black sneakers and a green
and white Celtics hat.
Anyone with information regarding Jeffrey's whereabouts is asked to call Area A-7 (East Boston) detectives at 617-343-4234.

returned to his East Boston home since Sunday evening.

Jeffrey Cooper was last seen wearing a white Celtics T-shirt with
white running pants that have a purple stripe down the side, a black hat
and blue-and-white sneakers, police said.

Boston Police said on
the department's website that Cooper sometimes has "trouble
communicating his needs…Jeffrey enjoys riding trains and may try to
visit the South End area or the Boston Garden.''

In the past, police have found him riding the MBTA Red line in
Braintree and Quincy.

Missing 14-Year-Old Boy Found Safe

Jeffrey Cooper
A 14-year-old autistic boy who had been missing since Tuesday has
been found safe.
Jeffrey Cooper disappeared December 8 after going to an after-school
program in East Boston.

Boston Police urged the public for help in their search for Jeffery
Wednesday.

Early Thursday morning they told WBZ he was found by "university police"
but they refused to say which university. No further details were
available.

Investigators say Jeffery enjoys riding trains and has wandered away
before.

Missing Boston teen found in Malden




BOSTON -- A Boston teenager missing since Sunday has been found.
Jeffrey Cooper, 15 was located on an MBTA bus in Malden around 2:30
Tuesday morning.
Jeffrey is autistic and likes to ride the "T."
