Endangered Child Alert issued for missing baby

An East Tennessee endangered child alert has been issued for a baby from Van Buren County.
Investigators say 1 year old Bentley Smith was taken by force by his mother's ex-boyfriend. On Friday around 4:15 pm, the man came to her home in Spencer and kidnapped the child.
Spencer is a white male, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He's 28 inches tall and weighs 30 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue and green shirt with a collar, white long pants.
Van Buren County is located between Cookeville and Chattanooga.
