Amber Alert issued for teen last seen jogging

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 16-year-old girl who was last seen jogging on Tuesday afternoon in Cleveland.

Tera Schubert vanished between 5 and 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday when she went for a run off County Road 2257.

She was last seen wearing a bright yellow tank top, black shorts and pink running shoes. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. She has blonde hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Tera is urged to call the Liberty County Sheriff's Office at 936-336-4500.

 Amber Alert canceled for missing Liberty County teen

CLEVELAND, Texas – Authorities have canceled an Amber Alert that was issued Tuesday afternoon for a teen in Liberty County.

Authorities said Tera Schubert, 16, was last seen around 5 p.m. when she went for a jog off of County Road 2257. The teen was later found safe at a friend's house.

The Amber Alert was canceled early Wednesday morning.
