George Anthony Is Keeping A Low Profile As Daughter Casey's Trial Nears

When Caylee Anthony first went missing, I did not have a positive opinion of her grandfather George Anthony. However, over the weeks and months, my gut impressions of this gray headed man have changed for the better and right now I believe he is the only member of that family that has the ability and yes the bravery to stand up and tell the truth in a court of law.

Don't get me wrong, in the beginning George seemed like just another member of a dysfunctional family from hell, but as time has gone by I now believe that George Anthony has been brainwashed by both Cindy and Casey over time into believe their long list of lies. Even since George tried to kill himself a couple of months ago, I believe he will now have a new insight into how valuable the truth must be if life is to have real meaning.

In the end, George Anthony might disappoint me - but I believe that unlike Casey, George does have a sense of right and wrong and only needs time for it to be seen in the light of day.

Hi mom_in_ill, Thanks so much for all your posts. You make it so easy for the rest of us. I don't know who this Mark Hutcherson is. I like to know a little about someone so I can form my own opinion about their statements. Where does he fit into all this? TIA

Mark Hutcherson is a writer out of Waco TX that has followed the Anthony story. He posts almost daily about whatever may be going on in the case - news analysis and his opinions. He seems to share my point of view on most issues - so that makes him right 99% of the time! (JK!) Lately his posts have been pretty tame. He also has a live chat on his site.
