Talked about the heart sticker motion, and the State said failure of proof. They have no evidence on the heart sticker.

They are looking at having a mental health expert look at the Casey. I would say that her mental health today is much different than it was 2 ½ years ago. I think if she is anything, she is tired of sitting in her cell for so long, she wants to get over to the prison! The defense will write a written response to the mental health issue. The Judge will hear on it next Friday 15 April at 1330.
