Baez: Orange Co. Too 'Hostile' For Casey Jury
Defense Files Motion In Anthony Case

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Belvin Perry recently proposed that if a jury cannot be chosen at a still undisclosed location outside of Orange County, that he would pick a jurors for the Casey Anthony trial in Orlando.

Perry said he would hear any objections to that proposal on Friday afternoon. On Friday, Jose Baez filed a new motion in response to the judge's proposal.

In the new motion, defense attorneys claim that the Orange County community has shown extreme hostility towards Anthony.
