Sixteen year old Kaitlyn White has been missing since yesterday.

April 27, 2011 - The Akwesasne Mohawk Police Service is asking for the public's help as they search for a missing teen.

Officers say 16-year-old Kaitlyn C. White was last seen on Cornwall Island yesterday.
She was reported missing at noon after being seen in the area of Cornwall Island Road West near Rita Lane.

White is described as having a slim build, long dark brown hair and a fair complexion. Police say she is weighs approximately 130lbs. and is 5'11" tall. Police say she is believed to be wearing yellow Timberland style leather work boots and a hooded sweatshirt.

Officers say White is a member of the Mohawk-First Nation and was seen in public at the Thompson Wellness Center on Cornwall Island.
