No mention of yesterday’s drama and what it was all about. Some say Jose Baez had stomach trouble again. There was no real drama today, with the exception of a possible spat between Casey and Baez, that really, likely more along the lines of heated discussion, but that is getting to be old news. One potential juror left for lunch and never returned, and the court tracked him down. He said he misunderstood, and get this, he is also an attorney, so he was let go for not showing back up and stricken from the list of potential jurors because he was an attorney. Both sides agreed to it. Mr. Baez did attempt to do an analogy with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which it did not go over well, as he seemed to have trouble remembering the recipe.
