ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Belvin Perry ruled Tuesday that Lee Anthony, Casey Anthony's brother, can attend his sister's first-degree murder trial.
The Anthony family attorney, Mark Lippman, argued a motion that asked for Lee to be excluded from the rule of sequestration.
Generally, witnesses are prevented from attending the trial as a spectator for fear that their testimony could be affected by hearing other witnesses testify.
