Day 8 in the Casey Anthony murder trial has come to a close and it was all about the lies. The real Jeff Hopkins took the stand, and needless to say, he’s not rich, doesn’t know a Zenaida Gonzalez, didn’t live anywhere Casey said, never dated Casey and didn’t have a son named Zachary. Now we knew this, but to watch old stone face sit there while she hears her lies being exposed is truly amazing. Next was manager from Universal, and we know how that infamous job she didn’t really have expedition went, resulting in the infamous Universal interview, where Casey was confronted with her lies and given the opportunity repeatedly to tell them if there was an accident, or something she was afraid that people would think bad of her for, and she just kept lying. All kinds of scenarios of cases the detectives had previously worked were given, from a mother rolling over on a baby to a child drowning in a pool, to a boyfriend beating a mother’s child to death, and Casey assured them that if it were some kind of accident, she would have already told them, and she would have reported it when it happened. ACCIDENT THEORY BLOWN!
