---Several sources are indicating that the couple in question is Timothy Croslin ( Misty's brother) and his wife, Chelsea. She is from Falmouth MA and reports indicate they moved back there shortly after Haleigh went missing. They are both in their early 20's and have two children.TomTerrific0420 wrote:A local family has been questioned regarding the

afternoon at the South Yarmouth state police barracks in relation to
the Feb. 10 disappearance of Haleigh Cummings, state police Sgt. Robert
Finacom said. He referred all other questions to Cape and Islands

"This is an ongoing investigation and the state police detectives assigned to

Haleigh disappeared in the middle of the night from her home in Satsuma, Fla.

Cummings, 25, was at work when she disappeared, according to published
reports.
The case has received national attention, but there have been no arrests.

Misty Cummings’ brother and sister-in-law interviewed in Massachusetts regarding HaLeigh Cummings
September 7, 2:28 AMCrime ExaminerCindy Adams
As reported on Saturday, a family in South Yarmouth, Mass. was questioned by authorities regarding the disappearance of six-year-old Florida girl, HaLeigh Cummings.
On Sunday, the Boston Herald reported that the couple interviewed was Timothy Croslin and his wife. Timothy is the brother of Misty Cummings, HaLeigh’s stepmother.
Misty claimed to be home alone with HaLeigh and her little brother when the girl went missing Feb. 10. Authorities have stated her timeline regarding that evening continues to change and she recently failed a polygraph test regarding her knowledge of what happened to HaLeigh. Nonetheless, police continue to say Misty is not currently a suspect.
Both Putnam County Sheriff’s Deputies and officials with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement traveled to the Cape to interview Timothy, but authorities would not say why.
Lt. Johnny Greenwood, a spokesperson for the Putnam County Sheriff said “If we can determine what happened that night, we’d be a lot closer to bringing HaLeigh home.”
However, the Cape Cod Times is now reporting that investigators were following up on a tip that little HaLeigh was spotted at an Abington Wal-Mart.

Re: HALEIGH CUMMINGS - 5 yo - Satsuma FL - The Beginning
A Florida woman who is a potential suspect in the disappearance of her young stepdaughter denies that her Cape-based brother has anything to do with the missing girl.
Investigators from the Putnam County Sheriff's Department interviewed Timothy Croslin, 23, at the South Yarmouth state police barracks Saturday.
Croslin could not be reached for comment yesterday. But his sister, Misty Croslin-Cummings, said the police wanted to see his phone records.
"My brother has nothing to do with this," she said.
She said her brother lives on Cape Cod, but would not specify which town.
The disappearance of Haleigh Cummings from her Satsuma, Fla., home on Feb. 9 sparked a national missing person search. Her stepmother, 17, put Haleigh to bed and the little girl disappeared sometime during the night.
On Aug. 17, to mark Haleigh's 6th birthday, the Putnam County Sheriff's Department released a statement that said the office has received more than 4,000 leads and conducted 138 formal interviews in the search for the little girl.
They have no specific person of interest yet, though they have cleared the biological parents, Ronald Cummings and Crystal Sheffield.
But police believe Croslin-Cummings is withholding information, according to a press release from the Putnam County Sheriff's Department.
"Investigators believe that Misty Croslin-Cummings continues to hold important answers in the case," stated the sheriff's release.
"She has failed to provide any sort of detailed accounting of the hours during the late evening and early morning of Haleigh's disappearance. Furthermore, physical evidence at the scene contradicts Misty's sketchy account of her evening activities. Any citizen with direct knowledge of Misty's activities during that evening or into the early morning is encouraged to report that information to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office."
In a phone interview from Florida yesterday, Croslin-Cummings said she was excited about published reports that investigators were in Massachusetts following up on a tip that Haleigh was seen at an Abington Walmart. The tip was reported by WBZ-TV Sunday and repeated by the Boston Herald.
The Cape Cod Times could not confirm the source of the tip last night.
Haleigh's family wants it to be true.
"Anything that would bring her home or get them (police) off my back, would be most welcome," she said.
Haleigh's grandmother, Teresa Neves of Lake Como, Fla., said the family is hopeful that there may have been a sighting.
"We're praying that it is true," Neves said.

Media Release
September 8th, 2009
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office has received numerous requests for information and interviews regarding the Haleigh Cummings investigation and actions taken by the Sheriff’s Office this past weekend. It has been the position of our investigative team not to release the details of interviews. I can confirm that investigators traveled to Massachusetts to conduct interviews in this case. These interviews are totally unrelated to the alleged sighting of Haleigh in a Massachusetts Wal-Mart.
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office will not be participating in any formal interviews or providing statements regarding the events of the past weekend at this time. The main concern of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is finding Haleigh Cummings and returning her home to her family.

HaLeigh Cummings case: Misty’s sister-in-law speaks out (video)
September 8, 7:46 PMCrime ExaminerCindy Adams
Over Labor Day weekend, Misty Cummings’ brother, Tim Croslin, and his wife, Chelsea, were questioned by law enforcement at their Massachusetts home regarding the disappearance of their niece by marriage, HaLeigh Cummings.
Lindsey Croslin, who is married to another brother of Misty’s and lives around the corner from where HaLeigh disappeared, spoke out on Tuesday about this weekend’s occurrence and her fears about remaining in the neighborhood.
Lindsey has placed her home on the market because she no longer feels safe in Satsuma. “I feel like I’m setting up my children to get stolen because they’re here and this is where it happened,” she said.
About this weekend’s questioning of her in-laws, Lindsey said, “They had Chelsea in questioning for like 14 hours. Yeah, they took her in the morning, let her go home and got her again. Asked her the same basic questions, do you know anything about HaLeigh, did you or Tim try to help misty to hide HaLeigh...yeah. Crazy questions.”
Lindsey commented that the family has started to distance themselves from Misty after she recently failed a polygraph and voice analysis test regarding HaLeigh’s disappearance.

Re: HALEIGH CUMMINGS - 5 yo - Satsuma FL - The Beginning
editorial thoughts from TJ Hart
After a long lull in the action, the pace has picked up significantly in the search for missing 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings who disappeared from her father’s home February 10, 2009 while under the watch of her babysitter–now 17-year-old stepmother Misty Croslin-Cummings.
Over the past several days we reported that Misty flunked a polygraph miserably. She reportedly asked to take the polygraph to clear her name, but later said she was duped into taking it along with a voice stress analysis and a failed hypnosis attempt. We also reported on Ron’s phone records, Ron’s timeline, a fight over the phone with Misty while Ron was at work. And lastly, the potential sighting of Haleigh Cummings at a Massachusetts Walmart and the unrelated-to-the-sighting questioning of Misty’s brother Timmy and his wife who now live in Massachusetts.
I still question a lot of things in the child’s disappearance such as the timelines for police, Haleigh’s father Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin-Cumming–the last person to see Haleigh.
Let’s start with the call to police. If things got rolling with the officers to Ronald’s home at about 3:27 a.m., this transcription of the police radio calls in that situation the night Haleigh was taken states that Misty told dispatchers she last saw Haleigh at about 2 or 2:30 a.m.
This is the transcription of the police radio transmission:

Here is what I have on Ron’s timeline based on LE, PDM questions Ron answered for Tim Miller at TES, sources close to the investigation and now, Ron’s attorney Terry Shoemaker:
· Ron was at work for his entire shift
· Ron had to work late until 3am that night
· Ron had a fight on the telephone with Misty at about 8:30pm while he was at work
· Misty’s phone goes off
· Ron stops at a store to get beer, cigarettes and peanuts.
· Appears on store camera shortly after 3 a.m.
What is less solid today than last week:
· The EXACT time Ron went to work is getting wobbly. Ron’s attorney said last week on national television that Ron gets to work early between 4:15 to 4:30 which is closely consistent with what sources close to the investigation say. Last night on the set of the Nancy Grace Show and while sitting right next to me, Ron’s attorney Terry Shoemaker backs off a little from what he said last week on the air and now says Ron got to work that day closer to 4:30 p.m.
· Who picked up Haleigh at the bus stop? Ron or Misty? Lots of gray area and it all depends on who you asked and when you asked them.
Misty’s timeline is anybody’s guess, but these are just some questions have me perplexed today on top of all the others:
· Stated that dirty laundry is often found on the floor near back door found open the night Haleigh was taken. Why was dirty laundry found in the dryer? It would certainly make for a much easier entry for someone through that backdoor. Perhaps the clothes were put there to cover one of the many inconsistencies and backfired.
· Where was she the entire night? No solid answers.
· Why did she call her brother Timmy so often the night Haleigh disappeared?
· Why did she have a made bed at the time Ronald arrived home if she had been sleeping in it?
· Again, why is she being so evasive? Who is she protecting and why is she protecting that person or those persons?
Another day, another set of puzzling inconsistencies.

Re: HALEIGH CUMMINGS - 5 yo - Satsuma FL - The Beginning
PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- There was no progress in the search for Haleigh Cummings today, but there was court action involving her family.
The stepmother of Haleigh, the now 6-year-old girl who was last seen in her Satsuma home in February, was in court today.
That information comes from attorney Robert Fields, who is representing Misty Cummings, now the wife of Haleigh's father Ronald.
Fields says Misty was asking a judge to make a restraining order against her brother Hank, or "Tommy," permanent.
The judge agreed.
Tommy, who was also in court, said he will not be affected since he's moving to Massachusetts anyway.

Re: HALEIGH CUMMINGS - 5 yo - Satsuma FL - The Beginning
Misty Cummings is thought to be the last person to see Haleigh
Cummings alive. Her stepsister was in town on the night Haleigh
disappeared and she has become one of the most recent people questioned
in Haleigh's disappearance. "I don't know anything that happened
to Haleigh, and I wish to God I did. I wish that I knew where Haleigh
was, and I wish I could find her and bring our baby girl home. Cause,
she's 6 years old and she does not to be out in the world without us,"
said Chelsea Croslin. Chelsea spoke, over the phone from her Massachusetts home. This is the first time
she has spoken to any news outlet after Putnam County investigators
flew more than a thousand miles to interview her and her husband this
past weekend. "We've now been thrown into the spotlight of this,
were known as the Cape Cod couple. I mean, just to give us a name, this
is nothing I ever in my life expected to have to go through. Its
obviously not Haleigh's fault I'm going through this, but I just don't
understand why I got thrown into this so hard," said Croslin. Chelsea
says the chief Putnam County investigator in the Haleigh Cummings
disappearance was accompanied by another Putnam County Sheriff's
Officer, as well as two Massachusetts State Troopers this past weekend.
They showed up to her home around 9am and asked her to come with them
for questioning. "I was down there probably from about 9 o'clock
to noon and you know. They just wanted to go over the phone lines. They
wanted to go over time lines, and try to fill in gaps of what happened
that night and who Misty talked to. And try and guess get down to the
end of this," said Croslin. Chelsea says ever since this investigation began, her family has been struggling to stick together. "If
I was sitting on the outside and looking in on this family, Id see the
17 year old girlfriend and just the way everything's happened, maybe I
would go more towards the Croslin family. But, you know, I know
everybody in our family and every single one of us loves children. We
all love each others children and none of us would hurt them and I
think they've geared the investigation toward the Croslin's from day
one," said Chelsea. "We tried starting our lives over here. We
moved up here so my girls could get a good education. We could get a
good home and be around our family, and when all of this got over with
in Florida we could be together and just continue on with our lives and
let our kids grow up and have normal lives. And now, they're making us
out to be something were not," Chelsea said. Chelsea Croslin also spoke about why she believes Misty has nothing to do with Haleigh's disappearance. "Until
somethings proven, were not going to believe it. Because we believe
Misty. We know how good and great she is with our kids and she has 6 of
her own nieces and nephews. She is one of the best people with children
out there," said Chelsea. "She's like my little sister. I'm not
trying to say shes not a smart person, but you know, Misty dropped out
of school in the 6th grade. She doesn't have that much book smarts to
be able to fool the FBI and FDLE and every other person that came there
and interrogated her for hours and hours and hours and Lie detected her
over and over and over… I don't think Misty, she could do it. She's got
a good heart, a good kid, and she loves children. I would trust misty
with my kids, before a lot of other people in this world," Croslin said. "You
can see it in her eyes, all she is, is a hurt little girl. Shes gone
through a lot in her life and shes going through a lot now and its
tearing her apart, its really what its doing, " said Chelsea. Chelsea
Croslin and her husband Tim say they moved from Florida to get away
from the investigation and give detectives the space they needed to get
the job done. They both say they will continue to cooperate with
investigators and answer any questions they may have.

Haleigh Cummings – The Dirty Laundry Mounts?
Posted on September 14th, 2009
by Simon Barrett in Op-ed, crime
Read 1,649 times.
For the past couple of weeks I have
noticed that my good buddy TJ Hart has had an obsession with the dirty
laundry found in the trailer following Haleigh’s disappearance. At
first I did not give much thought to it. But the more I did think about
it, the more convinced I become that it may be of some importance. If
you think of the entire case as a jigsaw puzzle the laundry is a piece
that links to several adjoining pieces. It also opens up even more
questions.
This is pure speculation on my part, however I think it merits some
thought. Laundry in one way or another plays into several aspects of
the case, albeit insignificant at first glance. Here are some of the
things that are bothering me, they are not in any particular list of
importance, and I am not really sure how some of them relate.
I do not know Misty Croslin personally, in fact I have little wish
to meet the girl. Anecdotal evidence however seems to show that
housekeeping was not her forte! In fact I can think of few 17 year
old’s that love to houseclean and do laundry so she is hardly unique.
Having two young children in the house, will surely produce an almost
endless amount of dirty clothes. It has been reported that Misty
Croslin had just come off a three day drug, booze, and sex binge, so it
is unlikely that she popped home to do any laundry!
If Misty is such a lousy housekeeper, it would stretch my
imagination to believe that once she discovered Haleigh was missing,
she went back into the bedroom and made the bed she had supposedly been
sleeping in.
There is a story, and understand that the definition of ’story’
covers both fact and fiction, that Misty washed and dried the blanket
that Haleigh used because it smelled of ‘pee’.
To the best of my knowledge there was no laundry detergent in the
house. How did she wash it? Even more important, how did she dry it?
There is the story about clean clothes being dropped off that evening.
OK, time to up the ante, the dirty clothes that were found by Law
Enforcement. Some were apparently found in the dryer. I keep asking
myself, why? It makes no sense. It brings into doubt the blanket story.
There is another scenario, and it is one that I like even less, it
eats at me. It is rumored that the washing machine was also full of
dirty clothes. Now we have a scenario where Misty washes and drys a
single blanket and then loads up both appliances with dirty ones. Yes,
I fell off the Turnip truck, but it was not yesterday!
I asked my wife Jan (an avid user of washing machines) about the
story being put forward. She was incredulous. But, she did point out
that stuffing dirty clothes into the washer and dryer might well be a
way of clearing the path to the back door.
Law Enforcement have done an excellent job on this case, they have
not succumbed to the ‘loose lips’ mentality that has plagued many other
investigations. Of course this has given rise to a large amount of
Armchair speculation, so wild assumptions run rampant!
It has been seven long months since Haleigh Cummings was abducted.
Is she still alive? That question is one that I ponder every day. In
many situations it is easy to play that ‘Armchair Quarterback’
position, you can use hindsight and beat up on the people involved, why
didn’t they stop this situation before it started! It is a simple
notion, yet one that is impossible to do in real time.
I will close with this thought, someone knows something. We in the
press have bits and pieces, Law Enforcement has many more pieces to the
puzzle. There are still some missing parts, but I suspect that we are
all converging on the same result. TJ refers to them as the dirty half
dozen. I agree, the answer can be found in one of six people.
Some are tough nuts to crack. Others might be veritable endless sources of information if they start to feel the heat.
Can this case be solved? I say yes, an emphatic yes!
Does dirty laundry play a part? Yes, in many ways it does. I am not
a soothsayer or a card reader, but I do suspect that the dirty laundry
is going to become an increasingly important aspect.
What was Haleigh wearing the night she was abducted? This small, but
important fact was misreported, it was not a pink shirt. That came out
months ago, the pink shirt was found guess where? In the laundry pile!
The dirty half dozen hold the key, but who has the most information, and who will crack first?
Misty Croslin seems to be the sacrificial lamb, but how much does she really know?
Father of Haleigh and now husband to Misty is Ronald Cummings. His
various escapades can be viewed in several ways, as can his comments
that have been caught on tape.
The other member of the high table, rounding out the triumvirate is
bio mom Crystal Shefield. It can be argued that Crystal had 12,000
reasons to make Haleigh go away. I do not buy into it!
The bottom half of the dirty half dozen, I think I will reserve
judgment on! Maybe the three that I am looking at are the wrong ones.
Maybe this is indeed a ’stranger abduction’, but I don’t think so.
There are people that need to stand up and be accountable.

It was about one hour ago that Hank Thomas Croslin found himself on the wrong side of the law. he is now cooling his heels in the Putnam County lock up on a theft charge. No details are available, but the charge claims that the theft concerns something between $300 and $5000. here is the part that got my ears perked up, the bond is set at $50,004. yes folks 50k.
The details can be found here.
I swear that this family needs some real help, none of them seem to be able to operate for any length of time without a brush with law enforcement.
I will update this story as soon as we have some additional information.
This is Misty Croslin’s brother, in fact the one that Misty obtained a Restraining Order against last week.

Along the same story line, it was mentioned in the last minutes of tonight's NG show that earlier today police also questioned that "Croslin Cuzzin'" in Tennessee. Remember back in the early days when LE was searching diligently and there was a report of a Haleigh sighting in TN at a national chain restaurant? He was grilled back then too! As Art Harris said, "this thing's really heating up, they're putting the pressure on and you are gonna see some action in this case real soon" -paraphrased.

PUTNAM COUNTY, FL -- The police report is providing specifics regarding the arrest of Hank Croslin, Jr. He is charged with stealing a firearm.
According to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, it happened a couple of weeks earlier; the victim is unsure exactly when.
Last Friday, the victim told a deputy he wanted to file charges against Hank Jr. for stealing his .38 caliber Colt revolver.
He says Hank Jr. and his mother had come to his home to use the phone. He says that's not uncommon, as the Croslin's phone has been turned off.
The man says Hank was the only person who went into his bedroom where the .38 caliber Colt revolver was kept.
When he discovered the gun missing, he says he then called Hank Jr.'s sister-in-law and told her he knew either Hank or his mother took the gun and he wanted it back or he'd call police.
The victim then told the deputy that just a couple of hours later, Hank's mother and father came to his house and returned the gun.
He said Hank's mother told him Hank stole the gun and hid it in the shed behind his home. He also said he wasn't sure if Hank or his mother had actually stolen it, but he suspected Hank.
The deputy then went to Hank's mother's home to talk to her, but she wasn't home. He says he left his card and cell phone number asking her to contact him.
Monday, he went back to the home, and she still wasn't there.
Someone told the deputy that she and Hank Sr. had moved to Tennessee over the weekend and weren't coming back.
The deputy then went before a judge and got a warrant for Hank Jr.'s arrest.
Hank Croslin, Jr., faces a grand theft charge.

Investigators questioned four people Thursday in connection with
the case of a missing Putnam County child, including the brother of the
last person who saw the child.
Hank Croslin Jr. was interviewed by detectives Thursday night.
Croslin,
23, is the brother of Misty Croslin-Cummings, who was babysitting the
6-year-old in Satsuma when she was reported missing Feb. 10.
Authorities have said her accounts of what happened the night of Feb. 9
have been inconsistent.
Her brother, meanwhile, has been jailed on a grand theft charge
since Tuesday, an arrest sheriff's office spokesman Lt. Johnny
Greenwood said was unrelated to the investigation into Haleigh's
disappearance. However, detectives said he agreed to be questioned
Thursday.
"We asked him some questions about the Haleigh case," Capt. Dominic Piscitello said later.
The three others questioned Thursday also were jail inmates.

Re: HALEIGH CUMMINGS - 5 yo - Satsuma FL - The Beginning
Lots of activity in Putnam County has led to dozens of calls into
First Coast News, claiming the body of Haleigh Cummings has been found.
Officials tell First Coast News they are dredging a pond in Palatka,
but will not confirm if it is related to a search for Haleigh.
At her home in Welatka, Haleigh's paternal great-grandmother,
Annette Sykes told First Coast News' Jennifer Lindgren she'd gotten
word of police activity in the Stokes Landing area south of Palatka.
Sykes says raced to the scene, to find deputies and investigators
working in the woods. When Sykes questioned the investigators and asked
if they were looking for Haleigh, she says they would not give her a
yes or no answer, and told her she could not get any closer to the
scene.
Neighbors describe the area as heavily wooded, undeveloped private
property that is hard to access. They say deputies used bulldozers to
widen a dirt road through the trees so pumping equipment could be
brought down to the pond.
The sound of generators could be heard down by the pond Friday night.
Neighbors say they've never seen investigators search the
approximately three-acre pond, though it is near a part of the St.
Johns River directly across from Satsuma.
Sykes says she is certain the search has to do with Haleigh.
First Coast News' Jessica Clark spoke with Haleigh's father, Ronald
Cummings, who said he has not been contacted by anyone in regards to
Haleigh being found. However, he did say he doesn't expect to be the
first notified.
He said Haleigh's mother, Crystal Sheffield, has contacted him about this.
Marie Griffis, Haleigh's grandmother, also told First Coast News she
has not been contacted by the sheriff's office and is unaware of any
findings. A viewer called First Coast News about around 8:30 p.m. and said
customers at an auction house off Highway 17 have said family members
told them Haleigh's body has been found.
Haleigh was 5-years-old when she vanished Feb. 10, from her father's mobile home, just outside the community of Satsuma.
Misty Croslin-Cummings was babysitting Haleigh that night when she says she
woke about 3 a.m. and noticed the kitchen light on. The back door was
propped open with a brick and Haleigh was missing.
Misty's brother, 23-year-old Hank Croslin, was recently questioned by investigators in connection to the case. Hank was arrested on a grand theft charge; three other inmates were also questioned.
Hank and his wife were questioned earlier in the case by investigators.
Misty was questioned by investigators. Tim Miller with Equusearch
administered a polygraph test requested by Misty. Miller says she told
him she wanted to clear her name. He says Croslin-Cummings 'failed
miserably.'
Miller says Croslin-Cummings wanted to do more, so she took a voice analysis test.
He says she failed that too, and he says she was uncooperative with a hypnotist.
A Cape Cod couple was also questioned in Haleigh's disappearance. The Cape Cod Times
reported Florida authorities questioned the couple at the South
Yarmouth state police barracks. Investigators told the Cape Cod Times
they were following up on a tip that Haleigh had been spotted in a
Walmart in the area.

Re: HALEIGH CUMMINGS - 5 yo - Satsuma FL - The Beginning
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed they are conducting
a new search for Haleigh Cummings this weekend. Dive teams and investigators
from various law enforcement agencies are scouring a pond south of
Palatka, having found evidence that could be related to the
6-year-old’s disappearance in February. Officials on Saturday said they will drain the body of water for better access to the site. Search crews and a surveillance helicopter were checking an area of Interlachen off U.S. Highway 19 in North
Central Florida, where detectives found a field of marijuana. A TV crew which shadowed law enforcement agents throughout the
afternoon Friday and inquired about whether there was a possible
connection between the discovery of the marijuana field and ongoing
search for missing Haleigh Cummings. Rumors had surfaced on Internet
chat boards and among some in the community of Satsuma, where the child
disappeared from her father's mobile home in February.
Major Gary Bowling with the PCSO said while out there, detectives found something
"suspicious" and called in more investigators, but was quick to point
out that there was no connection to Haleigh Cummings. He did confirm on
Friday evening that the small lake off U.S. Hwy 19 is being drained and
a search of the area will be conducted over the weekend, and today
officials admitted they were looking for the missing girl. Earlier
Friday, there were dive teams and special crews from the Florida
Department of Law Enforcement and St. Johns County Sheriff's Office,
but they insisted they were conducting training exercises, according to
news sources.
Two questioned in Haleigh Cummings case
Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy has confirmed the brother of the last person thought to see
Haleigh Cummings alive and his wife have been brought in for
questioning regarding the Haleigh case. The Sheriff's office
will not release any details surrounding the interview, only saying on
Thursday night Hank Croslin Jr. was questioned in regards to Haleigh.
While Action News was at the Criminal Investigation Division early
Friday morning, Hanks wife Lindsy showed up to be questioned. On the
way inside, Lindsy said she does not know what Hank Jr. may
have said to Sheriff's Deputies. She says she got a call on Thursday
that she had to come in Friday morning for questioning but did not know
why. The Sheriff's Office says they have questioned Lindsy and
Hank Jr. numerous times in relation to Haleigh's disappearance, and
they will continue to do so. It says it will question anyone at any
time who may know details about Haleigh.
According to investigators, the interviews with Hank Thomas Croslin, Jr. and a
jailed friend of Misty Croslin, Kristina Prevatt, did not provide the
information which led to the latest search.

Satsuma, FL– In the latest developments in the case of missing 6 year old Satsuma girl Haleigh Cummings, deputies are searching the woods and draining a pond on Stokes Landing Road.Neighbors have reported the roads to the pond have been blocked off, and the crew draining the pond have been on scene since Police dive teams were deployed to the pond Friday morning.
This development comes on the heels of the arrest of Hank Croslin, Misty Cummings brother less than 24 hours earlier on an unrelated firearms charge.
Hank Croslin’s wife Lindsay, his sister and Haleigh Cummings step-mother, Misty Cummings, were at Satsuma Police HQ Friday morning.
There are unconfirmed rumors that Misty Cummings is in police custody. Recently, Misty Cummings sought the help of Texas Equusearch founder Tim Miller. Through the efforts of TES attorney Mark Nejame, Misty took a series of lie detector tests Miller said she failed miserably.
