CIERRA ADELE POWELL - 17 yo - Charles City (SE of Richmond) VA

Charles City County deputies say 17-year-old Cierra Adele Powell has been missing for more than a week.
In a news release to 8News, officers say
Powell was last seen June 3rd at Brown's Island, leaving willingly with
several men in a white Dodge Dakota pick-up truck.
