There is widespread speculation this morning that the hold up in the Casey Anthony trial could be a possible plea deal, a call for a mistrial by the defense or issues the accused child killer is having with her lawyers.

However, Judge Belvin Perry said three psychologists ordered by the court to examine Casey Anthony said she is competent to proceed. The reports from the psychologists are sealed.

Death penalty expert Ann Finnell also is in court today. This is the first time she makes an appearance since jury selection.
