Here we go -
They are prepared to supervise her. She has not yet reported.
They are in contact with her attys.
She has to report by 10:00 tomorrow.
If not the court will be notified.
They are moving forward with court order unless they get other instructions from the Court.
They have not received any threats. If so, they'll work with local LE.
Casey served 412 days, probation began on the 413 th day, but no conviction.
Not uncommon to serve part in jail awaiting conviction.
Charges doesn't mean conviction, until convicted probation during that time counts.
What has happened in the past does not affect this order.
Under terms of Order she does have to report.
Offenders need to report in and do intake process. Then may consider out of county, out of State.
She'll be treated like everyone else, address will be entered. Can't change address without permission.
If there is threat will make determination depending on what threat is.
One thing is going through her conditions and let her know consequences.
If you don't have a job you need to look for a job, and report.
Will follow up and make sure they are telling the truth.
Admin probation has not been issued. That is when offender does not come in to report.
She will report once a month, plus random checks at home, employment, with family.
It is an offender's responsibility to find their own residence. They have to provide an address.
Will have to pay certain amount, if she's indigent and can't pay court ordered cost they will need documentation of that.
DOC goal is to treat her like every other offender. In this case she just wanted to make sure to provide information.
DOC will check on if or how they report finances.
Supervisor not assigned yet.
Offenders can serve probation out of state - must be approved by other state.
Clarifying orders are not uncommon, but not routine.
DOC followed initial orders from Judge - and now clarifying order. DOC made no mistake in this case.
Court communicates with DOC only through Orders - no transcripts.
Probation officers will explain procedure to her.
Cannot posses a firearm, must be employed, drug testing.
Lying is a violation. They would notify Court.
Must qualify for out of State probation. Double check if Judge needs to approve.
Her attorneys have been very nice and cooperative.
They have assured her that they will be there before 10:00 AM tomorrow.
Will come out and let media know of any new information. Will update at 3:00.
