ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony has returned to Florida as she awaits a court ruling on a probation order from her conviction on check fraud charges, her attorney told the Fox News Channel.

"She is back in Florida. We brought her back in the event that the appellate court rules sometime this week," said Jose Baez while being interviewed by Geraldo Rivera. "We're going to follow the law. Whatever the courts decide, we're going to go along and follow the law, and I'm certain that she'll do what's asked of her, if necessary."
