Woman Named Zenaida Gonzalez Suing For Defamation

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The defamation trial against Casey Anthony has been tentatively scheduled for April 9.
Judge Lisa Munyon said at a hearing Thursday that she anticipates five days of jury selection, followed by a five-day trial.
The lawsuit was filed by a woman named Zenaida Gonzlaez, who shares the same name as the baby sitter whom Anthony told authorities abducted her daughter, Caylee, in 2008.
According to the lawsuit, Gonzlaez claims Anthony's false statements to detectives ruined her life, saying that she has had a hard time finding a job and a place to live because she was branded as a kidnapper.
Munyon said Anthony can be deposed on Oct. 8, although she said the deposition must be done remotely and not face to face. Anthony's attorneys can file a motion to have the videotaped deposition sealed.
