Authorities seek help in finding missing teen

YOUNGSTOWN — The Bay County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing 14-year-old girl and seeking the public's help.

Kinsey R. Smith, of 15000 Joshua Drive, Youngstown, was last seen
Thursday by her mother on her way to school and by a friend later in the
morning at Bozeman High School, according to a BCSO news release.

She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, about 145 pounds with
shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a
black Nike T-shirt with blue jean shorts that fell just below her knee.

YOUNGSTOWN — Authorities say a 14-year-old girl reported missing this week has been found safe.

Kinsey R. Smith, of 15000 Joshua Drive, Youngstown, had been reported missing Friday. By Saturday, the girl was found, the Bay County Sheriff's Office said.
