Unidentified Female Toddler - 2-3 yo - Provo UT

Provo Police are seeking help in locating the parents of a
female toddler between the ages of 2 and 3 years old, according to
police spokesman Lt. Reed Van Wagoner.

The girl is Caucasian, has blond hair that is braided and pulled
back, blue eyes and is wearing a purple dress. She was found in the
area of Smith's Grocery Store at 350 N. Freedom Blvd. at
approximately 5:40 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.

According to Van Wagoner the young girl is unable to give her
name or address. "A city watch alert has been put into affect," Van
Wagoner said. City watch contacts residents within a five block
radius of the location the girl was found.

For now the girl has been turned over to the Department Child
and Family Services. Anyone having information concerning this
matter has been asked to call the police department at (801)852-6215.
