ORLANDO -- Lawyers for Casey Anthony are telling the judge presiding over the civil lawsuit against her why the case should be dismissed.

Late Monday, lawyers filed a lengthy motion for summary judgement which lays out their arguments why the case should not go to trial, but be immediately dismissed.

A hearing has been scheduled to hear the motion.
