"Teen Male" - 16 yo - Fort Wayne IN

A teenager that had been reported missing on Friday was found dead in the Hamilton Meadows housing edition Sunday afternoon. According
to Allen County Sheriff's Department spokesman Jeremy Tinkel, around 2
p.m. officers were called to the housing addition just off Noyer Road
for reports of a body floating in a pond. When they arrived, they found a
16-year-old male. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
According
to Tinkel, the teen was reported missing sometime Friday, and had been
gone since. The boy's family has been notified, but his name hasn’t been
released.
At this point, officers are not sure if the incident
was a result of foul play, or if drugs or alcohol were involved. It’s
also not clear how long he had been dead. The coroner will determine an
exact cause of death.
The incident remains under investigation by the Department of Natural Resources and the Allen County Sheriff's Department.
