COURTNEY "Sage" SMITH - 16 yo (2009) - Chicago/North side IL

Police are looking for a 16-year-old North Side girl who went missing in October.

Courtney Smith, who also goes by the name “Sage,” has been missing since Oct. 15 from the 1900 block of West Sunnyside Avenue.



She is described as a white girl, 5-foot-8 and 135 pounds, with
brown eyes and brown and blond hair. She has scars on her wrist,
according to a missing person alert from Belmont Area detectives.

Police are asking for the public’s help finding a teenage girl missing from the Lincoln Square community.Courtney Smith, 17, went missing Sept. 5 from North Damen and West Sunnyside avenues, according to a missing person release from Belmont Area detectives.

Smith suffers from asthma and mood swings and is thought to be with Trevor Clark -- possibly in Bloomington or Normal, the release said.She is described as a 5-feet-7, 130-pound white girl with a fair complexion, blond and red hair and brown eyes, according to the release. Smith has double-pierced ears and was last seen wearing black clothing.Anyone with information about Smith’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Belmont Area detectives at (312) 744-8266.

Where was she found this time? I checked her earlier today and she was still missing??
