Seems attorney Tomasita Crowell has been on the Zenaida case since September 2008, along with attorney Jonathan Kasen.
Kasen filed a Notice of Unavailibity on Sept. 14, 2009, but I don't know how if this is a permanent withdrawal from the case?
The last thing that was sent with a Certificate of Service to Kasen was on Nov. 24, 2009 - so I assume Kasen was still on the Zenaida case at that time?
