Casey's Attorneys Back In Court Monday

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The case against Casey Anthony will be back in an Orange County courtroom Monday afternoon.

Attorneys from both sides will meet for a status hearing with Chief Judge Belvin Perry, Jr. The judge could decide whether a jury should be allowed to hear Cindy Anthony's incriminating 911 call, when she reported Caylee missing and said it smelled like there had been a dead body in Casey's car.

Casey will not be at Monday's hearing.
