Jose Baez Requests Security Video From Florida Mall

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Eyewitness News has learned that Casey and her
defense team are asking a judge to force a Central Florida mall to turn over
video from a security camera.Jose Baez wants to get access to video from
the Florida Mall that was recorded on November 16, the day someone reported
an alleged Caylee sighting inside the mall.The Florida Mall has refused to
release the video.

ORLANDO--
Casey Anthony's legal team has applied for a subpoena duces tecum on
her behalf to reinforce her claim that her daughter is alive.Jose Baez said
although Anthony is being charged with murder, “the case still involves
the search for a missing person.”Baez is asking for all “video footage of
any possible sightings of Caylee Marie Anthony.”Baez will be back in court
Thursday for another hearing in the case. There will be a pre-trial hearing
on the murder charges, and there will also be a hearing on the check
fraud charges that Casey Anthony is facing.
