KAYLA TRAXLER - 16 yo - Orangeburg (S of Columbia) SC

Orangeburg deputies are searching for an Orangeburg teen who was last seen Friday, Aug. 27.

According to deputies, 16-year-old Kayla
Traxler was last seen at the Bi-Lo grocery store on Stonewall Jackson
Boulevard in Orangeburg. Authorities say there is no evidence of foul
play, but members of her family are concerned.






She was last seen wearing a blue shirt and jeans. Traxler has blonde hair, green eyes, stands about 5'8" and weighs 148 pounds.

According to the sheriff's office report,
Traxler was on a 7 p.m. curfew imposed by the Department of Juvenile
Justice. She left her home shortly after 5 p.m. to go to the Bi-Lo in
reference to a pre-employment drug screening.

Traxler's mother, Lisa Brickle, told the
missing girl to return home, but at 9:30 p.m. she had not returned.
Brickle told authorities Traxler was supposed to be picked up by her
father, but neither answered repeated phone calls.

Traxler was reported missing twice before, once in December 2009 and again in February. She was found both times.

Deputies are asking anyone that knows about
Traxler's whereabouts to contact the Sheriff's Office at 803-534-3550 or

The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office continues to seek
16-year-old Kayla Traxler.
Orangeburg County Sheriff's Staff Assistant Keisa Peterson said
Traxler was last seen on Friday, Aug. 27, outside the Bi-Lo at 365
Stonewall Jackson Blvd., Orangeburg.
Traxler was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans. She
has blonde hair and green eyes. She is 5 foot 8 inches and weighs
148 pounds.
