WEST END, CINCINNATI, Ohio (FOX19) - A West End mother was arraigned, Friday, for not seeking medical attention for her son.Police say Sharon Jackson, 40, failed to take her two-year-old son to the hospital after he received second degree burns to his genitals and legs.There is no bond set at this time.
