The Judge has denied the motion filed by the defense team! [Defense motion] Baez got very defensive, because he had no reason to get the website info. He also called JJ a felon in this hearing, which show Baez true value. The Judge asked if Baez had any basis for this motion and he kept giving the run around but came back to, Baez had nothing. In the deposition by the defense they got JJ names he used on blogs, but never asked him if he took any pictures, or had any. Of course the liar Laura Buchanan was mentioned in this hearing, and we know she has NO credibility! Baez did go on to state, that if he worked for the State he would get it, but he doesn’t and has to go through the court. Of course, Baez just whined it up!
