Facebook Posts Hint That Missing Teen Might Be In Danger
Concerned Facebook Friends Contact Police

SANFORD, Fla. -- Sanford police received a report that a missing teen's life may be in danger.On
Saturday, Joshua Wheeler, 19, posted a Facebook message on his wall
saying that he was tired of life and messaged his girlfriend saying that
he loved her.Some of Wheeler's friends on Facebook were
concerned and contacted law enforcement of the message. Deputies
contacted Wheeler's parents and discovered that the teen had left their
house within an hour of posting the Facebook message.Wheeler is 5
feet 10 inches tall, weighs approximately 200 pounds with short blonde
hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing white shorts with red and
blue stripes down the sides, unknown shirt, and black and white
checkered slip-on shoes.He is considered missing and endangered
due to Facebook posts and messages between friends, police said. Prior
to the incident, Joshua volunteered to seek treatment at a mental
facility, where he was prescribed medication and released.Anyone with information is asked to contact authorities at 321-377-9026.

Teen Located After Suicidal Facebook Post

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. -- Sanford Police have located a teenager who was reported missing.
19-year-old Joshua Wheeler disappeared early Saturday morning after posting a message on his Facebook account saying that he was tired of life.
Concerned friends who saw the post contacted police.
Detectives say Wheeler had recently received treatment at a mental facility.
Wheeler was found walking along a street in the Sanford area. He was safe and unharmed, but was taken to a local hospital to be checked out.
