HEATHER SCHWOCHERT - 16 yo - Chesterfield VA

Peter Schwochert wants his sixteen year daughter to come home. he
says she's a good kid never been suspended or in trouble, but has gotten
herself tangled in a dangerous relationship.
"He's 25 with a 16 year old girl, he's 6'2 and she's barely 5 feet tall," said Schwochert.
It's been eight days since his daughter Heather was seen or heard
from. he believes that Jeremy Allen Stagg is with her. He says the two
have had an on and off relationship behind his back for the past year.
"Talked to him one time, never met him told him to leave her alone he wouldn't," said Schwochert.
Schwochert says he blocked Stagg's number from calling and texting
and told his daughter to stay away. It became a stronger warning when he
found out Stagg was wanted for grand larceny, forgery and fraud. Also
learning Stagg had prior convictions, one of them being an assault in
2008.
"He was a criminal so as far as I'm concerned he's capable of anything, you never know," said Schwochert.
Police believe Stagg picked up heather last Wednesday morning in a
car he had stolen from a local dealership. They believe it’s possible he
took a car there for a test drive and never returned it. They believe
it’s possibly the two are now out of the state.
"Did she get in the car willingly? I think it’s likely she did, but
was it knowingly of what his intentions are? What he could do?..no,"
said Schwochert.
A social media campaign including a Facebook page and mass texting
from fellow students at Clover Hill High School is growing on line to
find her. In the community at local convenience stores, pictures are
going up to do the same.
"I just want her back here I want her safe I want her to be back to who she is," said Schwochert.
Chesterfield Police believe Heather Schwochert packed one pair of
jeans, shampoo and a toothbrush before she left. They say they are
actively looking for both her and Stagg and have put out alerts with law
enforcement agencies along the east coast.

Missing Chesterfield Teen Found in New Jersey


A Chesterfield teen missing since mid-February has been found in New Jersey.
CBS 6 has learned that 16-year-old Heather Schwochert was located in Atlantic City Tuesday night.
The girl's father, Peter Schwochert, says she was found with 25-year-old Jeremy Allen Stagg, and Stagg has been arrested.
Mr. Schwochert is heading to New Jersey to pick up his daughter and believe she is unharmed. She was last seen February 16 and police believed Stagg had picked Heather up in a stolen car.
Since Stagg's arrest, he has been removed from Chesterfield's Most Wanted List.
