Shreveport police need the public’s help in finding a runaway teen.Barbara
Ann Flores, 14, ran away from her mother’s home in the 3300 block of
Kitty Lane about 2 a.m. Monday, Bill Goodin, police spokesman said.
She’s a white female about 5’3” and weighing about 110 pounds. Flores
was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt and blue jean shorts.Detectives
believe the girl is with 17-year-old Jeremy Temple and the pair may be
in a white Jeep Grand Cherokee bearing Louisiana license plate “LOT
900”. Investigators received information the teens may be in the Lake
Bistineau area or possibly heading north to Canada, Goodin said.

Runaway teens found in Virginia

A pair of runaway teenagers from Shreveport have been located in Virginia.

14-year-old Barbara Ann Flores ran away from her mother’s home in the 3300 block of Kitty Lane yesterday morning with seventeen year old Jeremy Temple. The two were last seen in a white Jeep Grand Cherokee and detectives had information they might have been headed to Canada.

Shreveport Police investigators received a tip today that the teens were staying at a motel in Virginia. Authorities in Virginia were immediately notified and subsequently located the juveniles. According to information from officials there the children are safe. Detectives here will be working to determine what charges, if any, might be appropriate.
