Eighteen-year-old Zandra M. Bennett left the Nampa area
on Feb. 13 and police say she may be in danger and possibly being
held against her will. Bennett is believed to be with Anthony
Toliver, a registered sex offender, who is now wanted by the Idaho
Department of Correction for absconding from supervision. He is
currently considered a fugitive.





Toliver, of Garden City, is 38 years old and six feet, four
inches tall. He has hazel eyes and brown hair and weighs
approximately 260 pounds. He has a tattoo on his upper left chest
with the letters "JEN." and has known ties in the Tacoma, Wash.,
area and all over the Treasure Valley. He is also known by the
names of Robert Atlas Carlson or Tony Carlson, according to the
Idaho State Police Central Sex Offender Registry.Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Bennett or Toliver

Police ask for help in finding missing Nampa teen, who is believed to be with wanted fugitive

Nampa police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Nampa high
school senior who hasn’t been heard from since mid-February and is
believed to be with a wanted fugitive. Zandra
M. Bennett, 18, had a falling out with her mother on Feb. 13, and she
didn’t show up to school the next day, said Nampa Police Detective
Brice King.King said Bennett has been involved in a relationship
with Anthony Toliver, a 38-year-old registered sex offender who lives
in Garden City, and she is believed to be with him now. Toliver is
wanted by the Idaho Department of Correction. He is now a wanted
fugitive for failing to check in with his parole officer as required by
law.King said Bennett has been a crime victim in the past and
takes medication for disorders. Police say she has not contacted any
friends or family since Feb. 13, and they fear she may be in danger or
held against her will. She has been listed nationwide as a missing
person.Toliver has ties in the Treasure Valley and Tacoma, Wa.
Police are hoping someone will recognize the pair from the photos
they’ve released to the media.“Maybe someone has seen her so
they can give us someplace to look,” King said.Toliver has a tattoo
on his upper left chest with the letters “JEN.” He has
known ties across the Treasure Valley and in the Tacoma, Washington area.

Missing Nampa teen found safe; young woman says she wasn't with fugitive

Bennett was located in Nampa on Friday. Police say she was unharmed and not with Toliver.
"What we're getting from her is there was no foul play and she was not held without her consent," Lt. Shane Gehring said. "She said she's just been traveling around town, going every place but home."
Gehring said Bennett told police that she hadn't seen Toliver in about three weeks. She went missing around Feb. 13, after having a falling out with her mother; Bennett does not reside with her mother. Police were notified when Bennett didn't come to school on the Feb. 14.
