ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - A judge has rejected efforts by Casey Anthony's attorneys to have tossed taped jailhouse conversations the Florida mother had with her family members.

Circuit Judge Belvin Perry ruled Friday that Anthony's parents were not acting as agents of detectives when they tried to coax information about where the mother's missing toddler might be.
