Casey Judge's Ruling Was Biased, New Defense Motion Says
Motion Asks For New Hearing On Casey's Initial Statements

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team filed a scathing motion Thursday, asking for a another hearing on its efforts to get the statements Anthony made early on to law enforcement and others kept out of her upcoming trial.
On Friday, Judge Belvin Perry denied defense requests to have the statements thrown out.
The latest motion cites "factual errors between testimony presented at hearing and the order denying motion to suppress statements made to law enforcement officers."
The motion also accuses Perry of not looking at the evidence from the hearing objectively and instead displaying a clear bias in explaining law enforcement conduct.
The case is in court Thursday for a second day of hearings.
Jury selection for Anthony's murder trial is scheduled to begin May 9.
