JADE HOWELL - 15 yo - Chicago IL

JANESVILLE — A 15-year-old Janesville
girl has been missing since March 22, according to a Chicago Police
Department news alert issued Monday.

Jade Howell left her grandmother's house in the 1300 block of West
Columbia, Chicago, according to police documents. She lives in
Janesville but previously lived in Chicago, the documents state.

Howell is Hispanic and has black hair and brown eyes. She is 4-feet,
11-inches tall and weighs 92 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black
hoodie with a blue design, light blue jeans and blue gym shoes. She has a
scar on her left forearm, the documents state.

People with information of Howell's whereabouts should call the
Chicago Police Department Area 3 Special Victims Unit at (312) 744-8266.

Missing suffers from bi-polar disorder and she is not compliant with
her medication.

Janesville police concerned about missing teen

JANESVILLE — Janesville police are looking for information about a 16-year-old girl who left home last month.

Jade A. Howell of 264 Waveland Road, Janesville, is described as
female, white, 4-feet-11-inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.

Police Sgt. Chad Pearson said police received conflicting
information, some indicating Howell might be held against her will, and
other information there might not be cause for concern.

Howell first was reported missing June 7, when she left home of her
own volition, but new information recently came to light, Pearson said.

“We recently got some updated information that developed some
concerns for us that we’re starting to look into,” Pearson said Monday
night.

A national Amber Alert can’t be issued until more is known for certain, Pearson said, so police are hoping the public can help.

Anyone with information on Howell’s whereabouts is asked to call the
Janesville Police Department at (608) 755-3100 or Janesville Area Crime
Stoppers at (608) 756-3636.

An image of Howell will be posted on electronic billboards in Janesville, Pearson said.

Juvenile runaways are fairly common, Pearson said, but it’s uncommon
that worrisome information of this nature is received. He said he could
not elaborate.

I think it looks the same except for the skin colouring and photo's can be deceptive. I'm sure it's the same girl so let's leave them together for now eh Tom?

---Yes. I did some more probing and found an article with the same info, but with both pictures that we have.
It also showed an Hispanic surname for her mother which agrees with the first disappearance info.
I think we can safely say it is her.
