Casey Anthony defense wants to throw out ‘detective’ party photos

Remember the ‘detective party’ pictures where Casey was going to Fusion to see if the nanny would show up there with Caylee? Well, the defense wants to have them thrown out. The defense claims that her social behavior and the photographs are irrelevant to the conscience of guilt. They claim the prosecutors can’t use the photo’s because they don’t show the defendant evading the prosecution by fleeing…..They give a bunch of reason that ‘they’ feel the pictures should not be admissible in the trial. Guess she never thought she “WOULD” get caught and these pictures wouldn’t be brought to anyone’s attention!
