The judge presiding over Casey Anthony's first-degree murder case on Thursday rejected two more of her defense team's attempts to keep evidence out of her upcoming trial.

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry denied a defense motion to block the testimony of the prosecution's forensic botanist, Dr. David Hall.

After Perry denied the defense's request, the defense filed another motion asking him to reconsider.

On Thursday, Perry denied that motion as well.
